Power mobility devices provide patients the ability to best maintain the type of lifestyle they are accustomed to enjoying. A scooter or power chair will allow patients to comfortably and confidently engage all facets of life and retain a certain level of independence and self-reliance. Though we always encourage patients to remain as active as possible for as long as possible, patient safety is ultimately our primary concern. It is important to recognize when a patient may be better served both in their wellbeing and functionality through an investment in a power mobility device.
Letourneau’s Pharmacy carries a variety of power mobility devices in stock, but can also do specialty orders to ensure the patient receives the piece of equipment that will best achieve their desired lifestyle.
